Video: The Hottest Parties at The SOBE Wine & Food Festival!

Adventures Fun Videos

…I arrived in South Beach and hit the ground running. The first two kickoff parties are considered the hottest tickets in town. The ‘Q’  – as in BBQ, is a high energy, music pumping, right on the beach party, where top chefs from around the country come together and cook up a gourmet barbecue feast for 400+  mingling guests.  This is also where the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models make an appearance – although we seemed to have missed them.

I hear they were there for about 20 minutes….they probably left or they’d ruin those gorgeous figures –  But don’t worry I found some swimsuit models for ya. It turns out Robert Irvine, host of Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible, is rather fond of spontaneous dancing..aaaaaand the short ribs in the video were truly some of the best I have ever tasted.

Next we hit the swanky, late night ‘FLAUNT’  party,  poolside at the Delano Hotel.  They run a tight door policy here as everyone who couldn’t get the exclusive tickets is trying desperately to work their way in.  I can see why!  This is one crazy-cool party sparing no expense or imagination. There were fire dancing girls, go-go dancers, acrobats…even models dancing in gigantic floating beach balls in the middle of the pool.

The cocktails were flowing – of course I brought you some…and the DJ was rockin the house, especially when he brought out a musician playing electro music on his violin – stopped everyone in their tracks from dancing to watch his performance – wow!!! …sorry we had to edit that out, it was too dark to capture.

If you are thinking of going to the South Beach Wine and Food Festival or just dreaming about it – this video will give you a taste and flavor {sorry I just had to} of what it’s like to be at some of the most exclusive and anticipated parties there – aaaaww just book your tickets, it’s so much better in person.

Have fun watching!
