Cilantro Lime Sauce {prepared to be amazed!}

The fresh Cilantro in this sauce bursts with flavor and becomes the star of a delicious meal. I use this sauce on everything from fish tacos, grilled shrimp, seared scallops, drizzled on fresh tomatoes, corn salad, avocado, asparagus – even as an artichoke dip. I keep looking for more and more ways to use it, it’s that good!

1.  Put everything in your blender and blend until it mixes thoroughly and cilantro leaves will look like little bits of confetti – how crazy easy is that!

2.  Pour over fish, salad, or use as a taco sauce.

3.  Transfer extra to a small pitcher and set on the table – you’re going to want it.

List of

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice – get out the juicer.

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/4 cup rice vinegar

4-5 cloves garlic  small- medium

1 tsp sea salt

3/4 rough cut cilantro

2 cups grape seed oil

1 tsp agave nectar
